Happy Thursday, everyone! I wanted to share a few quick pictures of my finished Kate Dickerson Herend Bunny stitched in Christmas colors!
I stitched this a while ago, and it got lost in the shuffle at work before I sent it off to be finished. (You may remember my previous blog post here!) But, the Herend Bunny is finally done and looks cute as can be! It’s finished as a stuffed stand up, with red and white cording along the edge. The fabric on the back is dark green, to match the darkest color in the rabbit. The finisher added a pretty gold fabric behind the background of the canvas, so that you see a pretty shimmer behind the open background, with was stitched in an open Alicia’s Lace stitch. This was such a fun and easy stitch!
The best part is that this design could certainly be displayed throughout the year. It’s perfect for both Easter and Christmas. Don’t you all think?
